This Tullibardine is 12 years old and was bottled in 2023 by Cadenhead's for its Original Collection. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
Maturation was in a PX sherry cask, which gives a richer, darker style than Tullibardine matured in bourbon wood. The distillery is in the Highlands.
The nose shows raisins, dates, dark caramel, milk chocolate and soft spice. The palate is full and rounded, with sweet sherry, brown sugar, toffee, dried fruit and a faint hint of coffee and cocoa. The finish is medium to long, warm and slightly sweet, with sherry and oak.
