Tullibardine 15 Year Old is a Highland single malt from the Tullibardine distillery in Blackford, Perthshire, bottled at 43% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It was distilled after the distillery resumed production in 2003 and matured for 15 years in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels.
The nose opens with dried hay and cereal, moving to baked apple, vanilla, honey and light floral notes. The palate is creamy and rounded, with fresh fruit, vanilla and sweet malt alongside cocoa, gentle cinnamon and warming spice. The finish is medium to long, with vanilla, sweet malt, fruit, cocoa and softly drying oak.
