This is a 15-year-old Highland single malt from Tullibardine, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
It was matured exclusively in first-fill bourbon casks.
The distillery describes a nose of dried hay and Parma violets, with baked apple, cloves and vanilla ice cream. On the palate come freshly baked scones with strawberry jam and clotted cream, alongside delicate spice. The finish is subtly nutty.
