Tullibardine 15 Year Old is a Highland single malt matured for 15 years in first-fill American oak ex-bourbon casks. It was distilled after the distillery reopened in 2003 and aged in warehouses at the foot of the Ochil Hills. It is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is delicate, with dry hay, Parma violets, baked apple, clove and vanilla ice cream. On the palate come freshly baked buns with strawberry jam and clotted cream, alongside gentle spice, leading to a finish with a subtle nutty note.
