Tullibardine 18 Year Old is a Highland single malt matured in first-fill bourbon casks. It is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and with no added colouring, and it shows a darker amber in the glass.
The nose is layered, with muted fruit, orange blossom and ripe apples, along with light vanilla and honey and a touch of oak and spice. The palate is creamy and balanced, with sweet toffee and caramel, dried fruit, vanilla and a light spiciness over elegant wood spice. The finish is long, soft and warm, carrying on the fruit and spice with a fine oak tone.
