This is a 19 year old single malt from Tullibardine in the Highlands, distilled in 2006 and bottled by Thompson Bros. Nine of those years were spent in a single Pedro Ximenez hogshead.
The distillery is known for honeyed, creamy, oaky Highland malt. Here the sherry cask brings a rich palate of cloves, dried figs and chocolate. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
