Tullibardine – 2014 10 Year Old Thompson Bros (70cl, 48.5%)

This is a 10 year old Tullibardine single malt, selected and bottled by Thompson Bros. It was distilled in 2014 and bottled in December 2024 at 48.5%. The whisky matured throughout in a red wine barrique, which gives it a structured style with well-integrated tannins and a balance of red fruit and spice. The nose has fresh cranberries, cassis cream, autumn leaves, cinnamon, nutmeg, raisins and raspberry syrup. The palate brings dry spices, stewed berries, oranges studded with cloves, grapefruit juice and crushed mint. The finish is dry and tannic, with cranberry jam, clove and cinnamon.
