This Tullibardine is an 8 year old Highland single malt, distilled on 6 February 2015 and matured in a single first-fill Oloroso sherry hogshead, cask 650941. It was bottled in 2023 at its natural cask strength of 58.8% ABV, without chill filtration or added colouring.
Global Whisky selected it for its Red Cask Co. range, which matures its whiskies in first-fill sherry casks. The outturn is 404 bottles.
The palate is described as dried fruits, dark chocolate, toasted nuts, warming spices and rich oak, with hints of caramel, orange peel and sweet malt.
