Tullibardine 225 Sauternes Finish is a Highlands single malt bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It spends 12 months finishing in 225-litre dessert wine casks from Château Suduiraut, which give it a golden colour and a creamy, fruity taste.
The nose offers lemon peel, allspice, creamy vanilla, sugar syrup, cocoa butter and black pepper. On the palate there are spices, candied orange and marmalade, some dried pineapple and white chocolate. The finish is medium in length, with lingering sweet spices.
