Tullibardine 228 Burgundy Cask Finish is a single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 43% ABV. It is finished in 228 litre barriques that previously held pinot noir from Chateau de Chassagne-Montrachet, and that time in wood gives the whisky its auburn hue.
The nose has red cherries and vanilla, with hints of chocolate and Turkish delight. The palate shows red summer fruit and more chocolate, and the finish carries a note of sweet spice.
