A four-year-old Highland single malt from Tullibardine, bottled by Murray McDavid in 2021 from spirit distilled in 2016. It matured first in bourbon hogsheads and then spent 16 months in first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry casks to finish. It is bottled at 46% ABV.
On the nose there is roasted coffee with rum and raisins, followed by vanilla. The palate is malty, with chocolate fudge and dried malt, and the finish is sweet with oak spice and creamy malt.
