Tullibardine – 500 Sherry Finish Highland Single Malt

This is a Highland single malt from Tullibardine, finished in sherry butts. The whisky spent the last twelve months of its maturation in them, mostly in Pedro Ximenez casks. The finish gives it a deep golden colour and aromas of dried fruit. The nose shows apple cake and toffee. The palate is powerful and firm, with good length. The long finish carries caramel, chocolate, spice and dark dried fruits.
