Tullibardine 500 Sherry Finish is a Highland single malt, matured in bourbon casks and then finished in Oloroso sherry casks. It is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and without added colouring.
In the glass it is a deep amber. The nose brings raisins, plums and dates, with vanilla, honey and light spice. The palate is soft and round, with sweet sherry notes, dried fruit and malt, then spice and fine oak. The finish is long and warm, with the fruity sweetness of the sherry finish and spice from the cask.
