Tullibardine Sovereign is a Highland single malt matured in first fill bourbon casks. It is the entry point to the distillery's range, for those who like a creamy malt without much cask influence.
It is bottled at 43% ABV, non-chill-filtered and with no added colour.
Straw yellow in the glass, it has a malty nose of pear, creamy white chocolate, freshly cut grain and vanilla custard. The palate is light and fresh, malty and fruity, with plenty of apples and pears, then cinnamon, pepper, mint, ginger and nuts.
