Tullibardine – Sovereign (70cl, 43%)

Tullibardine Sovereign is a Highland single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 43% ABV. It is the distillery's signature single malt and was matured in first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels. Golden in colour, it is described as having floral, sweet barley notes with subtle hints of vanilla. The finish brings fudge, pear drops and soft spice. Tullibardine carries out every stage of production on site apart from malting, from the mill and washbacks to the copper pot stills, cooperage and bottling plant.
