Tullibardine Sovereign is a Highland single malt aged in first-fill bourbon casks before bottling.
On the nose it offers vanilla, cocoa, chocolate, allspice and oak. The palate is full and thick, with pear juice and zest from a range of fruits, along with more allspice and creamy chocolate. The finish is spicy and creamy, with plenty of vanilla and cinnamon.
