Tullibardine – Sovereign (70cl, 43%)

Tullibardine Sovereign is a Highland single malt from the Tullibardine distillery in Scotland. It is bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and with no added colour. The whisky matures in bourbon casks, which bring added sweetness and a gentle woody spice. It is a warm, golden amber in the glass. The nose offers ripe pear, vanilla and honey, with touches of caramel and light fruit. On the palate it is soft, round and smooth, with apple and pear, creamy vanilla, toffee and a little spice. The finish is long, with fine sweetness and spicy notes.
