Tullibardine 'The Murray' 2013 Cask Strength is a Highland single malt from the distillery's Marquess Collection, in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in 2013 and bottled at cask strength.
The whisky was matured entirely in first-fill American oak bourbon barrels.
The nose has vanilla pods, custard, roasted barley malt and biscuit with light sweet oak. The palate is creamy and warm, with buttery toffee, honeycomb, toasted oak, dark fruit, nuts and gentle baking spices. The finish is long, with oak spices, creamy vanilla and a soft, sweet citrus-caramel note.
