Tullibardine Vintage 1988 is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky from the Tullibardine distillery in Perthshire. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle and is non-chill-filtered.
The nose is fresh and clean, with barley, biscuit dough and cut hay, alongside apple, white peach, wildflowers and grape. The body is medium to light, yet oily, buttery and silky in the mouth, with barley sugar, white chocolate, marzipan and vanilla.
The finish is fairly long and balanced, sweet and soft, as polished oak and spice fade to a clean aftertaste with hints of chocolate and a little citrus.
