Turntable Paradise Funk is a blended Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 46% ABV. It was put together by Ally and Gordon Stevenson around a profile of caramelised pineapple, vanilla and toffee.
The main component is an unnamed Speyside malt from virgin oak (30%), joined by heavy Benrinnes single malt from a Chinkapin barrel (20%) and fruity, mild whisky from the small Knockdhu distillery (13%). A touch of Blair Athol spice from a bourbon barrel (8%) is added, along with grain whiskies from Invergordon (18%, Cognac barrel) and North British (11%, virgin oak).
