Track 08 Black Betty is a blended Scotch from the brothers Ally and Gordon Stevenson, named after the song by Ram Jam. It is built from a Glenlossie hogshead, a Balmenach first fill rye barrel, a peated Caol Ila virgin oak barrel, a Glen Moray second fill bourbon barrel and a Loch Lomond first fill bourbon barrel.
The blend then spent 20 months in a ruby port cask. It is bottled at 52.5% ABV, without added colour or chill filtration, in a 70cl bottle.
