Umiki Japanese Blended Whisky

Umiki is a blended whisky from Japan, built around the ocean and the pine tree, which in Japan stand for the source and the symbol of life. It combines local malt whiskies distilled by the sea with grain whiskies distilled further inland. The blend is reduced with filtered ocean water and then finished in Japanese pine casks. It is described as the first whisky finished in Japanese pine and the first reduced with filtered ocean water.
