Uncle Nearest 1856 Premium Tennessee Whiskey (70cl)

Uncle Nearest 1856 is a Tennessee whiskey in a 70cl bottle, made by hand, double distilled and aged in new American oak barrels. It is inspired by Uncle Nearest, a Tennessee master distiller and teacher who helped refine the maple charcoal filtering process. The whiskey pays tribute to his legacy and craft, and has a gentle finish. The nose has hay, dried grass and stone fruit on caramel corn and sweet maple. The palate opens with spicy caramel, with hints of maple and floral touches.
