Vat 69 Blended Scotch Whisky

Vat 69 is a blended Scotch whisky produced by William Sanderson. It is a blend of about 40 different malt whiskies, simple and pleasant in style, with a light golden colour. The name goes back to Sanderson's trials of a hundred different blends, held in separate containers. On the nose there is a light sweetness and crisp cask notes, with a little peat and warm smoke in the background.
