A Barbados rum distilled in 2007 and aged 16 years, bottled at 60% ABV in a 700ml bottle. It comes from 13 casks, with 70% angel's share. The nose brings candied apricot, forest floor, cardamom, nutmeg, mango and pomegranate alongside noble wood. The palate is full and intense, with sugar cane, molasses and geranium, refreshed by pressed orange. The finish is long and full, with sugar cane, roasted coffee notes, ginger, cinnamon, tobacco, walnut, hazelnut and almond.
