A white wine from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, made from Verduzzo. The grapes are destemmed and crushed, with 24 to 48 hours of skin contact at 12°C, then fermented in tank at 18°C for two weeks. The wine is golden yellow, with an intense fruity aroma. It is amabile on the palate, slightly tannic, robust and full-bodied. It suits dry pastries, gubana and aged spicy or blue cheeses. Serve at 12-14°C.
