It is built on a base of aged bourbon, around 15 years old, profiled with a handful of vintage casks, and it is non-chill filtered.
The tasting notes describe a deep amber colour and a nose of warm caramel, vanilla, toasted oak and dark berries. The palate is full and velvety, with caramel, brown sugar, black currant, cherry and leather, and the finish is long, with tobacco, clove and sandalwood.
