Very Olde St. Nick Super Freak is a Kentucky bourbon from Preservation Distillery, released under the small Very Olde St. Nick label. It was bottled at full cask strength after more than 11 years of age, and the label is known for unfiltered, cask-strength releases with playful names.
Dark caramel, toasted pecan and baked fruit lead on the nose. The palate brings butterscotch, spiced caramel and burnt orange, and the finish turns to dark chocolate and baking spice, with some heat from the high proof.
