A French liqueur built on a VSOP Cognac base, with the youngest eaux-de-vie aged at least four years in oak barrels. It combines the Cognac foundation with selected flavour components to enhance fruit, vanilla and spice while keeping the spirit's structure. The result is polished and versatile, suited to sipping neat or in mixed drinks.
Tasting Notes
Generous orchard fruit, pear and baked apple, smooth vanilla pod, toasted oak, honey, cinnamon and mild citrus peel.
Silky and layered, with rich stone fruit, caramelised sugar, mocha-like nuance, soft oak spice and nutmeg, plus dried fruit and toasted hazelnut from the Cognac base.
Medium-long, warm and balanced, with lingering fruit, oak-vanilla sweetness and soft baking spice.
