The Irishman Cask Strength is an Irish whisky from Walsh Distillery, in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in oak casks and bottled at cask strength, undiluted, so it keeps the full weight of its aromas.
The nose offers honey, vanilla, sweet spices and a touch of dried fruit. On the palate it turns smokier and slightly earthy, with the oak clearly marked.
