Westland Sherry Wood is an American single malt made from five malted barleys: Washington Select Pale, Munich, Extra Special, Pale Chocolate and Brown malt.
It is matured in four types of cask: Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez, ex-bourbon and heavily charred new American oak.
The whisky is rich and sweet, with notes of maple syrup, raisins, biscuits and cooked yellow fruit.
