Westward American Single Malt Pinot Noir Cask is an Oregon single malt from Westward Whiskey of Portland. It is finished for up to two years in French oak Pinot Noir wine casks from Willamette Valley producers.
The cask finish is meant to bring out the character of the Valley's signature grape while the base whiskey still comes through. It is bottled at 45% (90 proof) in a 750ml bottle.
