Westward American Single Malt (75cl, 45%)

Westward American Single Malt is brewed and distilled entirely in Portland, Oregon, and bottled at 45% ABV in a 75cl bottle. Master Distiller Christian Krogstad makes it from 100% malted barley. The spirit starts life as a fermented ale, made with brewing techniques and ale yeast, before it is distilled and matured in new American oak. That brewing approach shapes its character of creamy vanilla, brown sugar, lush fruit and sweet malt. The nose is fruity and robust with creamy vanilla and brown sugar. The palate brings baking spice, lush fruit and sweet malt, and the finish turns to tobacco, dark chocolate and leather.
