Westward Stout Cask Finish is an American single malt from Oregon, bottled at 46% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It begins as Westward American Single Malt and is then aged for one year in stout casks.
The finish comes from a cask-trading tradition among beer producers in the Northwest. Freshly emptied Westward barrels go to brewing neighbours, who season them with stout before returning them.
