Westward – Pinot Noir Cask Single Malt Whiskey (75cl, 45%)

Westward Pinot Noir Cask is an American single malt from Portland, Oregon, bottled at 45% in a 75cl bottle. It is made from 100% malted barley, brewed with ale yeast and double pot-distilled. The whiskey matured in new, lightly charred American oak, then spent up to two years in French oak casks that previously held Pinot Noir from Oregon's Willamette Valley. The nose combines orchard fruit, tobacco and freshly cut grass. On the palate are raisin, fig and apricot over rich malt. The finish is herbaceous oak with dark chocolate.
