Whiskyland Chapter 17 is a 31 year old Glen Moray single malt, bottled at 50.5% in a 70cl bottle. It is a small-batch vatting of whiskies distilled in 1990, 1991 and 1992, drawn from one refill sherry hogshead and two refill bourbon hogsheads.
The casks were married together in an IBC before bottling. The result is described as richly fruity, waxy and honeyed, with plenty of old-school Speyside character, and as a bottling built on balance and harmony.
