GraveStock is a high wheat whiskey made as a collaboration between WhistlePig and the canned water brand Liquid Death, released in June 2025 as a one-off. It was distilled in Indiana and aged for several years in charred American oak, then moved to custom 380 gallon casket shaped foeders at the WhistlePig farm in Vermont.
It was proofed to 86 (43%) with Liquid Death Mountain Water, and has a subtle rye character beneath the wheat.
The nose is toasted oak, vanilla and soft caramel with honeysuckle, citrus zest and baked wheat dough. The palate is silky and sweet, with honey, baked bread, biscotti and gentle baking spice. The finish is medium, clean and crisp, with charred oak, toasted almond and a mineral note.
