White Heather 15 Years Old Blended Scotch Whisky (70cl, 46%)

White Heather 15 Years is a blended Scotch whisky created by Billy Walker of Glenallachie. Single malts at least 15 years old from the Highlands, Islay and Speyside make up 47 per cent of the blend. These malts spent a further 3 years in Spanish and American oak, including first fill American oak barrels, sherry butts, second fill barrels, hogsheads, Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso puncheons and American virgin oak casks. It is bottled unfiltered and uncoloured at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
