White Heather 21 Years Old is a blended Scotch whisky at 48% ABV, put together by Billy Walker of GlenAllachie.
The blend combines malt whiskies from several Scottish distilleries, GlenAllachie among them, with a small share of old grain whisky. Once assembled, it was matured for a further three years in a mix of Oloroso and PX sherry puncheons and virgin oak casks.
It marks about 50 years since Walker began his career in the whisky industry, and he made it as a more premium version of the original White Heather blend.
