Whittaker's 2025 is an English single malt that combines whisky aged in ex-bourbon casks with whisky aged in ex-Pedro Ximenez casks, all made from Laureate barley. It is bottled at 48.8% ABV, with natural colour and without chill filtration.
The spirit was distilled between January and July 2021 and bottled in August 2025, in a run of 1,480 bottles.
The Pedro Ximenez casks add a hint of rich fruit.
