Widow Jane 10 Year Old Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 45.5%)

A small-batch bourbon aged for ten years, blended from bourbons made in Kentucky, Tennessee and Indiana. It is reduced to bottling strength with limestone-rich water from the Rosendale Mines in New York, and bottled at 45.5% ABV in a 75cl bottle. The nose offers vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. On the palate there are orange, maple, cherry and almond, followed by a finish of charred oak and spice.
