Widow Jane 10 Year Old Bourbon (70cl, 45.5%)

Widow Jane 10 Year Old is a bourbon bottled at 45.5%. It is the brand's signature expression, put together by hand in Brooklyn from straight bourbons in batches of only five barrels. It is non-chill filtered and brought to strength with mineral water from the Rosendale Mines in New York. The nose offers vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and cream. On the palate come orange, maple, cherry and almond, and the finish carries charred oak and spice.
