The estate bottling designation points to the distillery's direct control over production and barrel selection. The nose is sweet, herbal and citrus. On the palate there are herbaceous notes and sweet fruit with vanilla, set over oak and earthiness. The finish is long, with the oak and sweet fruit carrying on and developing.
