Willett Pot Still Reserve 1.75L (175cl)

Willett Pot Still Reserve is a single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon aged 8 to 10 years, from Kentucky Bourbon Distillers in Bardstown. This is the 1.75L half-gallon bottle, shaped like a copper pot still. The mash bill is wheated, made from corn, wheat and malted barley. Each bottle is labelled with its barrel number, its bottle number and the total bottles from that barrel. The bourbon won a Gold Medal for taste and a Double Gold Medal for design at the 2008 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. The nose is brown sugar, molasses, caramel and delicate floral notes. The palate is creamy, with vanilla, cinnamon, caramel, butterscotch and a hint of mild coffee. The finish brings mint, spice and earthy wood.
