Willett Pot Still Reserve (75cl)

Willett Pot Still Reserve is a single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon from Kentucky Bourbon Distillers in Bardstown, aged for 8 to 10 years. The mash bill is wheated, made from corn, wheat and malted barley, and the bottle is shaped like a copper pot still. Each label identifies the individual barrel, the bottle number within that barrel's series and the total number of bottles drawn from it. The bourbon won a Gold Medal for taste and a Double Gold Medal for design at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2008. The nose has brown sugar, molasses, caramel and delicate floral notes. The palate is creamy, with vanilla, cinnamon, caramel, butterscotch and a hint of mild coffee, and the finish brings mint, spice and earthy wood.
