Willett Pot Still Reserve is a single-barrel Kentucky straight bourbon, aged for between eight and ten years. The bottle is shaped to resemble the pot still that was used for generations at the Willett Distilling Company.
Each label identifies the individual barrel, the bottle's number within that barrel's run and the total number of bottles drawn from it. In 2008 it won a Gold Medal for taste and a Double Gold Medal for design at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
The nose is soft and elegant, with slight notes of vanilla, coconut and cinnamon.
