Willett Speakeasy is a small-batch bourbon from Kentucky, distilled by the Willett family. It is a straight bourbon, and its name looks back to the speakeasies of the Prohibition era in the 1920s.
The flavour is described as bold yet refined, built on rich caramel, toasted oak and vanilla, with quieter notes of dark chocolate, dried fruit and spice.
