William Larue Weller 2021 is a wheated bourbon from Kentucky, bottled uncut and unfiltered at 62.65% ABV (125.3 proof) in a 75cl bottle.
The whiskey was distilled in the winter of 2009 and aged across Warehouses C, D, K, L and Q before this 2021 release.
In the glass, the nose is crème brûlée. The palate brings cherry and toasted graham crackers, leading to a long, rich finish of cocoa, herbs and oak.
