This is an 8-year-old Islay single malt from Laphroaig, sold under the Williamson name. It was distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2021 by Morrison Distillers for their Carn Mor Strictly Limited range, in a 70cl bottle at 47.5% ABV.
It came from a very small batch of hogshead casks that gave 780 bottles in total.
The notes describe bonfire smoke and salty seaweed, with a gentle sweetness.
