Wolfburn Manzanilla Cask Finish is a seven-year-old Highland single malt released in 2024 by the distillery in Thurso, Scotland. It matured initially in bourbon barrels before receiving a finish in Spanish oak casks previously used for Manzanilla sherry.
The release comprises 1,900 bottles at 46% ABV. It retains its natural colour and is non-chill-filtered, following its bourbon maturation and Manzanilla sherry finish.
